Eneti Inc. Announces Purchase of Common Shares by Scorpio Holdings Limited MONACO, June 24, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Eneti Inc. (NYSE:NETI) (the “Company”) announced today that Scorpio Holdings Limited (“SHL”), a related party, has purchased 258,369 common shares of the Company at an average price of $6.41 per share in the open market.
